The Challenge

Production output was previously monitored and recorded manually, creating a strong dependency on operators for data entry and reporting. Actual production data could be delayed or differ from real conditions on the production line, while tracking product status across each production process was difficult to perform in real time. This also made production recap and actual-versus-target monitoring more time-consuming.

Ravelware Solution

Ravelware implemented DAAS, a Smart Production Line solution integrating HF RFID, RFID Readers, and a 3D Monitoring Dashboard. RFID automatically identifies products as they move through the production line, allowing production quantity and process status to be recorded without repetitive manual input.

With DAAS, PT Komatsu gains real-time visibility of production output and product progress across the production line. Automated data capture reduces manual recording, minimizes human error, and accelerates production reporting.
