The Challenge

Inbound and outbound recording was previously handled manually, requiring additional time and manpower while increasing the risk of human error. Stock data could differ from actual warehouse conditions, while tracking item movements, preparing transaction recaps, and monitoring actual inventory in cold storage were not yet performed efficiently or in real time.

Ravelware Solution

Ravelware implemented SimpleStock with barcode-based inbound and outbound processes supported by a centralized WMS web application. Each transaction automatically updates inventory in real time, records item movements digitally, and eliminates repetitive manual data entry.
