The Challenge

Warehouse operations previously relied on manual stock cards, making inventory updates, stocktaking, and item searching time-consuming. FEFO implementation was difficult to maintain, while stock movement between locations and inventory availability per bin were not systematically recorded. Limited warehouse validation also increased the risk of incorrect item handling, while repacking activities were not fully traceable within the system.

Ravelware Solution

Ravelware implemented SimpleStock, an RFID-based Smart Warehouse Management System, to manage inventory from receiving through outbound. The system records actual inventory locations using QR-coded bins, tracks stock movements, enables mass scanning for stocktaking, and recommends item picking according to FEFO.
